Understand the lot. Assess the application.
Technical review depends on material identity, sampling, test conditions and the intended application. EQI scoring stays in a separate assessment process. This site shows review status and technical conditions approved for sharing.
Material and source
Prime, offgrade, recycled or compound status, manufacturer/lot and surplus status are recorded separately.
Sampling and testing
Flow, moisture, identity/additives, visual checks and application-specific mechanical/thermal tests are paired with their methods.
Conditions of use
After external assessment and technical review, an approved summary applies only to the specific lot and application.
Documents and quotation
Producer TDS and EcoGrade lot documents are separate. Sample acceptance, conditions and delivery scope belong in the written quotation.

Records and accountability
Track quotation revisions, document sources, reviewers and validity dates together. EQI assessment stays outside the site.
ISO, GRS, SA8000, CDP and similar marks require valid evidence. REACH and RoHS scopes are assessed separately; they are not general quality certificates.
