01 · Send an enquiry
State buy/sell intent, polymer, grade/lot, quantity, location and application. No registration is required. WhatsApp opens a draft that you send yourself; the website enquiry form creates a record for authorised staff.
02 · Define the technical scope
Record prime, offgrade, recycled, compound and surplus status separately. Compare MFR/MFI only with temperature, load and method. Include moisture, additives, contamination, origin, packaging and representative sampling.
03 · Sample and quotation
Agree sampling, retained samples, laboratory work and trials when needed. A quotation states the seller, lot, quantity tolerances, acceptance criteria, taxes, payment, delivery, freight and validity.
04 · Confirmation and delivery
Browsing stock or sending an enquiry does not place an order. The transaction requires written agreement. Match lot and packaging to dispatch, weight and technical records.
05 · Follow-up
Track acceptance or nonconformity with the lot/quotation reference. Email or WhatsApp can be used for corrections and claims. Mandatory statutory rights remain intact.
